• Handle cash drawer and daily deposits for co-payments and down payments.
• Maintain work queues and follow supervisor guidance.
• Provide high level of customer service to patients and coworkers.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and refer to clinical team as needed.
• Sanitize equipment and restock supplies.
