Qualifications

• Greet patients and facilitate registration.
• Obtain demographic and financial information from patients.
• Provide cost estimates and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient data and assist with billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to collect complete demographic and financial information.
• Obtains copies of insurance cards and updates patient information in the medical record.
• Performs point of service data collection, including co-payments; reconcile cash drawer and daily deposits.
• Maintains all assigned work queues and follows supervisor guidance.
• Interacts with patients and staff to deliver high level customer service.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and refers to clinical team as needed.
• Sanitizes registration equipment and restocks supplies.
• Other clerical duties as assigned.
