• Obtains insurance cards and IDs and updates medical records.
• Collects co-pays, reconciles cash drawer, and reports deposits.
• Maintains assigned work queues and supports clinic operations.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and assists clinical team as needed.
• Sanitizes registration equipment and restocks supplies.
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
