Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Secretarial Science/Business or secretarial training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments and manage wait lists.
• Answer phone calls, triage inquiries, and assist patients and families with problem resolution.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance verification.
