Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interact successfully with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MVH administrative practices and hospital systems including EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to health care providers in a high-volume ambulatory setting.
• Serve as the primary interface between patient and providers.
• Organize priorities, complete tasks, and schedule patient appointments.
