Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors at front desk and performs check-in/check-out.
• Schedules ambulatory appointments and coordinates referrals.
• Collects payments and verifies insurance information.
• Answers calls, triages needs, and provides problem resolution.
