Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties in a clinical service or physician practice.
• Verify and update patient demographic, financial, and referral information for scheduling.
• Handle check-in/check-out, copay collection, and insurance eligibility checks.
• Manage appointment requests and maintain appointment records.
• Provide patient information and assist with flow processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate care with other departments to optimize schedules.
• Support schedule template management and service coordination.
