Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits, explain processes and respond to questions.
• Process payments, reconcile cash, and assist with kiosk check-in.
• Verify insurance and guarantor information; manage scheduling and rescheduling.
• Communicate financial clearance status and coordinate with Financial Counseling.
