Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in patient admissions, registration, or insurance verification.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and pre-registers patients with demographic and insurance data.
• Financially clears patients by verifying benefits and collecting copays at point of service.
• Contacts insurance companies daily for authorization, notification, and verification.
• Interacts with internal and external administrative liaisons.
• Coordinates with clinic departments to ensure timely pre-registration.
