• Manage provider schedules to align with scheduling guidelines.
• Enter/verify patient demographics and insurance details as needed.
• Relate patient messages to clinical staff via phone note or in person.
• Initiate outgoing calls to reschedule missed appointments and recruit new patients.
• Work with departments to boost patient count and productivity.
• Meet call metrics and complete assigned reports.
