Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a front desk/clerical professional to deliver excellent patient service while ensuring accurate data entry in the clinic registration system. You will obtain necessary signatures and notices, verify insurance, and coordinate scheduling for multiple providers.

The role requires high school education, a basic medical terminology understanding, and 1–2 years of clerical or hospital/medical experience. Strong typing and computer skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Enter data accurately into the registration system.
• Obtain signatures on forms and issue notices to patients or family members.

• Document pertinent events related to account handling and research prior accounts.
• Schedule patient appointments for multiple providers within guidelines.
• Demonstrate and promote teamwork and exceptional patient experiences.
• Uphold patient safety and quality.
