Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and processes a high volume of calls professionally.
• Uses scheduling systems to schedule appointments and updates patient demographics.
• Informs patients of necessary visit preparation and required documents.
• Coordinates data for efficient scheduling of visits and tests; coordinates provider availability.
• Records and forwards accurate messages; triages urgent information or requests.
