Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in healthcare front desk/administrative duties preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EHR systems.
• Medical office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, identify caller needs, route calls, and take messages.
• Assist guests with check-in, verify demographics and insurance, update as needed.
• Educate guests on the FollowMyHealth portal and how to use it.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile receipts; balance forms per standards.
• Schedule appointments and analyze provider availability to maximize efficiency.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and coordinate with Care Team.
• Maintain front desk call center standards and assist with reports and lists.
