Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls and assisting during in-person visits. You will support providers and staff by coordinating schedules, updating patient information, handling registrations, and processing charges and payments.

• Maintain patient records and document requests in the EHR.
• Adhere to HIPAA and clinic policies and provide courteous service.
