Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verify demographics, insurance information and enter data accurately.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and EHR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate area while taking messages.
• Assist guests with check-in, verify data, and explain processes.
• Educate guests on FollowMyHealth portal usage.
• Collect payments and balance receipts according to procedures.
• Schedule provider appointments and optimize utilization.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and coordinate with Care Team.
