Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify demographics and insurance information at check-in.
• Assist guests with FMH portal enrollment and usage.
• Schedule provider appointments and manage calendar availability.
• Process patient payments and reconcile receipts.
• Document guest requests in the EHR and communicate with Care Team.
