Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of front office procedures and medical terminology is preferred
• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles is desirable

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait-time information and address inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details at check-in; manage walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance) at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments including cast/measure, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
