Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of customer service, administrative or related experience required.
• Experience in a receptionist position or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver’s license and driving record as per policy.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and answer inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details during check-in.
• Process patient payments including deductibles, copays and coinsurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments including cast/measure, delivery and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
