Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Medical terminology helpful; essential customer service skills.
• BLS may be required for certain locations/settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and verify demographics.
• Create, scan and route documents or electronic forms.
• Explain documents and obtain signatures as needed.
• Establish and assign financial responsibility; assist with arrangements.
• Collect co-payments, pre-payments and balances.
• Handle registration queue to address errors or denied claims.
