Qualificações

• 6 months of office or call center experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to multi-task and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients and families with scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
• Handle initial phone contacts and respond to requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Communicate with clinical care teams on behalf of patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
