Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gathers information for accurate registration and check-in.
• Obtains and verifies insurance authorizations and precertifications.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
• Maintains patient schedule flow and delivers service excellence.
• Performs clerical tasks including billing, referrals and messaging.
