Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to handle clerical duties for daily physician practice operations. You will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, assisting with registration, appointments, and insurance verifications to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining scheduling flow, supporting team operations, and performing outreach through phone and EMR messaging while upholding confidentiality

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accuracy in detail-oriented tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy/safety policies.
• Proficient computer skills; comfortable with EMR workflows after orientation.
• Ability to explain, educate, and support the LVHN patient portal features.
• Experience handling cash and patient payments as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks for daily physician practice operations.
• Serves as initial contact for patients and healthcare providers.
• Gathers information for accurate registration and check-in to fulfill service promises.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments; verifies insurance and precertifications.
