Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year in customer service or healthcare setting.
• Computer and typing proficiency.
• Able to interact with a diverse patient base.
• Must successfully pass the required training in two attempts or less.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to collect demographics, insurance, and clinical information for scheduling and financial clearance.
• Engage patients through the registration process to ensure a welcoming experience in person or by phone.
• Ensure orders are complete and match the scheduled appointment.
• Scan insurance cards, scripts, patient IDs and related documents accurately.
• Obtain signatures to ensure timely reimbursement with service-specific consents.
• Determine and collect patient financial liability and provide estimates.
