Qualifications

• Ability to follow scripts and escalation guidelines with close guidance.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and messages using approved scripts.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments per guidelines.
• Verify demographics and insurance in scheduling/EMR systems.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff and escalate as needed.
• Document outcomes accurately in designated systems.
• Escalate complex concerns to leadership.
