Qualifications

• EPIC System experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls using a multi-line phone.
• Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client protocols.
• Gather and input patient demographics and insurance information into the practice management system.
• Document call activity, outcomes, and notes in the client system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet department goals.
• Assist callers and navigate them to appropriate resources.
• Meet attendance and performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
