Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out at the front desk.
• Schedule patients for all appointment types.
• Collect copays and balances; verify insurance cards and eligibility; file claims.
• Answer incoming calls to the Front Desk Hunt Group.
• Process referrals and maintain referral records in the EHR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and referral requirements; obtain prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts in the EHR.
