Responsibilities

• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Complete walk-in registrations and address financial clearance needs.
• Verify benefits, collect out-of-pocket liabilities and outstanding balances.
• Identify financial assistance needs and refer to Financial Counselor.
• Close visits, schedule follow-ups and provide required documents.
• Communicate issues to management for process improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of payer requirements and pre-authorization lists.
• Meet 98% accuracy and productivity targets.
• Maintain professional public relations with patients and staff.
• Operate in a normal office environment with potential for light lifting.
