• Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential.
• May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify demographics, and collect necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and pre-authorization with providers.
• Handle registrations, payments, and patient financial counseling as needed.
• Assist with recall, queue management, and basic switchboard duties.
