Care New England is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support scheduling, front desk duties, and patient communications. You will update patient records, route referrals, and ensure smooth data flow to providers within a busy medical office.

The role requires an Associate's degree and two years of medical office experience, plus Epic experience and excellent English communication skills.

Formación

• Associate's Degree and two years experience in a medical office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have Epic experience along with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in Scheduling patients, Checking patients in and out from their appointments, answering phones.
• Transcribe referrals for clients and communicate information to patients.
• Facilitate flow of data to providers and update patient information as needed.
