Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with positive, clear communication.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments; triage to appropriate physician.
• Register patients and enter accurate demographic and insurance data into the system.
• Coordinate with billing for insurance eligibility and referral requirements.
• Familiar with Athena EMR for appointment scheduling and messaging providers.
