• Acts as the initial point of contact for all patients, scheduling appointments and registering new patients.
• Registers and orients patients, submits patient information, coding and billing for services.
• Coordinates pre-registration, registration and appointment scheduling with accuracy and privacy.
• Handles co-payment collection and daily office tasks with expedience and professionalism.
• Maintains patient flow, supports front desk operations, and communicates across teams.
• Proficiently uses Epic, Retrievex and Raintree systems to link and manage appointments.
• Responds to inquiries professionally and ensures patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Supports discharge processes and chart handling as part of office workflow.
• Monitors and adapts to changing schedules and staffing needs to meet department goals.
