Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Books appointments for services at SSH via phone or fax.
• Pre-register all patients for scheduled appointments.
• Handle pre-certification, eligibility and verification of benefits.
• Verify demographic information and ensure 98% accuracy in patient registration.
• Use hospital computer programs and systems for scheduling and reporting.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
