• Coordinate bed placement in collaboration with Department Leaders.
• Support patient flow and registration with 98% accuracy.
• Manage cash collection of copayments from eligible patients.
• Handle department downtime procedures and maintain regulatory/compliance standards.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and hospital codes; participate in death processing as required.
• Schedule and register patients, ensuring proper demographic data and insurance verification.
