Qualifications

• Greet patients warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and lobby upkeep.
• Coordinate provider schedules and patient access to improve timeliness.
• Update patient demographics and insurance details in EPIC or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect copayments and receipts accurately.
• Answer multi-line phone inquiries and route messages.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up and in-house referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
