Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Oak Lawn is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check them in/out, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and support front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Experience as receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly during check-in and check-out and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize availability and reduce wait times.
• Use EPIC and other systems to update demographics, verify insurance, and document data.
• Collect copayments and receipts, reconciling daily transactions with accuracy.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route inquiries; make outbound appointment calls.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up and referrals to ensure patients access needed services.
