Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and checks in/out; schedules appointments.
• Answers calls, collects co-pays, and processes referrals.
• Uses EPIC to update demographics and verify insurance details.
• Maintains accurate records and supports daily front desk operations.
