Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and records in EPIC.
• Support scheduling and referrals and ensure timely follow-ups.
