Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly and professionally during check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintains lobby cleanliness and comfort with regular checks.
• Coordinates provider schedules to optimize availability and reduce wait times.
• Updates patient demographics and verifies insurance in EPIC.
• Collects copays and reconciles daily transactions.
• Answers multi-line phone system, routes inquiries, and books follow-ups.
• Communicates information about clinical personnel to patients.
• Schedules referrals and follow-ups with in-house specialists.
• Participates in daily/weekly team huddles and reviews performance dashboards.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality in all interactions.
