Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a Pre-Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service during scheduling, pre-registration, and cost discussions. You will collect demographics, enter data, explain estimates, and coordinate appointments while maintaining compliance and quality service.

In this role, you’ll work closely with patients to gather information, verify insurance benefits, and arrange payment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in registration and scheduling; 1–3 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, pre-register patients and explain estimates; collect on patient accounts.
• Create Medical Record numbers and enter registration information.
• Collect demographic and billing information courteously.
• Identify and report issues impacting workflow.
• Document medical history and prepare patient questionnaires.
• Explain preparations for appointments and directions to clinics.
