Qualifications

• One to three years' customer service experience required.
• Medical office experience and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff, make daily patient and physician calls.
• Greets visitors and patients; handles check-in/out and insurance coverage details.
• Maintains cash drawer, logs co-pays and other payments, reconciles balances.
• Verifies referrals and performs pre-certifications; manages EMR queues and communications.
• Orders office supplies and maintains front office cleanliness.
• All other clerical duties as assigned.
