Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to fulfill patient needs.

• Welcomes patients and visitors to set a positive tone.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC.
• Review schedules and fill open slots on the same day.
• Monitor appointment reports and prepare charts as appropriate.
