Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Access Conversion Specialist to join our East Dundee team. This onsite role supports patients by phone, schedules appointments, and verifies information within EPIC, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with close collaboration across care teams. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of client-facing experience are required.

• Minimum 3 years of patient-facing experience.
• Strong commitment to customer service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answers heavy call volumes to assist patients by phone.
• Schedules patient appointments and manages calendar flow.
• Verifies patient information and documents in EPIC.
• Monitors daily schedules and fills open slots promptly.
