Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of patient-facing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer heavy call volumes to assist patients by phone.
• Check-in, greet, and schedule patients.
• Verify information and document in EPIC.
• Monitor daily appointment schedules and fill open slots.
• Prepare charts and review daily appointment reports.
