Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, insurance, or business setting.
• One year of clerical, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, register patients, and verify insurance coverage.
• Manage inbound and outbound patient communications.
• Collect patient payments and discuss financial responsibilities.
• Process referrals, authorizations, and EMR documentation.
• Coordinate care and scheduling for routine and complex patient needs.
• Complete registration and scheduling work queues within established standards.
• Greet, escort, and prepare patients for provider visits.
• Assist providers with procedures and clinical support activities within scope of practice.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and clinic cleanliness.
• Support other regional locations when needed.
