Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in clerical, customer service, or admin support.
• At least 1 year in data entry and basic PC use.
• For Regional Positions only - valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year in registration, point-of-service collections, insurance validation, or release processes.
• At least 1 year in hospital Revenue Cycle experience.
• Epic or EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complete and accurate patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and coordination of tests and services.
• Communicates effectively during high volumes or with complex patients.
• Performs patient registration including walk-ins, check-ins, and scheduled appointments.
• Supports inquiries about collections, insurance coverage, and financial assistance.
• Verifies coverage and processes referrals and orders in the EMR.
• Completes documentation for compliance and regulatory needs.
