Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• 1 year of basic keyboarding and PC use.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.
• Coordinate tests and services across hospital and physician offices.
• Communicate effectively with patients, payors, and colleagues.
• Enter orders and ensure accurate medical records in the e-Health system.
• Handle high-volume queues and resolve scheduling issues.
