Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• At least 1 year experience with basic keyboarding and office equipment.
• For regional positions, valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of Revenue Cycle experience in a hospital/medical office setting; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient registration including walk-in, check-in, and scheduled appointments.
• Schedules and coordinates tests and services; manages high-volume periods.
• Supports inbound and outbound calls; addresses patient questions professionally.
• Verifies insurance coverage and handles pre-authorization processes.
• Enters orders and releases records in the electronic health record system.
