Penn Medicine is looking for a full-time registration and scheduling professional for the Parkesburg Podiatry location. You will manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and referrals while communicating with patients and care teams.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with high patient volumes. Responsibilities include handling calls, collecting co-pays, and ensuring accurate medical records while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience.
• 1 year of registration experience, point of service collection, and insurance verification.
• Epic or equivalent Electronic Medical Records experience.

Mansioni

• Register patients accurately (walk-in, check-in, scheduled).
• Handle high volumes and varying patient acuity.
• Support inbound/outbound calls and address patient questions or concerns.
