Qualifications

• Demonstrates basic keyboarding proficiency (35 wpm).
• Windows-based computer experience and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule services for hospital and clinic, including pre-registration and insurance verification.
• Handle check-in and patient estimates, payment collections, and POS processing.
• Complete MyChart scheduling and ensure referrals are accurate and complete.
• Maintain productivity and meet department performance targets for registration quality and collections.
