Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Access Conversion Specialist for our Lombard, IL location. The role handles high-volume calls, schedules patient appointments, and verifies information in EPIC to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include pre-screening patients, monitoring schedules, and daily reporting. A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of patient-facing experience are required; strong customer service and integrity are essential.

Responsabilités

• Answer heavy call volumes to help patients over the phone.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate calendar slots.
• Verify patient information and document in EPIC EHR.
• Pre-screen patients per department protocol.
• Monitor and fill open appointment slots on the same day.
• Review daily appointment reports and prepare charts as needed.
